Key Responsibilities: * Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of care. * Support tenants with personal goals and daily living skills. * Develop person-centred care plans and risk assessments. * Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development. * Maintain effective communication with external agencies, tenants, and their support network. * Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures. * Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Adult Social Care and Health, CCGs, etc. Requirements: * Valid NMC PIN (RGN/RMN) * Proven experience in clinical leadership within a supported accommodation setting * Desirable: Full UK Driver's Licence
