About the Role: As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team of clinical professionals, using your clinical expertise to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Your role will include mentoring and supporting staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and creating a positive and caring environment where residents thrive.

In this role, you will:

Provide leadership and clinical support to a team of nurses and healthcare assistants. Ensure residents receive the highest standards of care tailored to their individual needs. Mentor and guide clinical staff to promote continuous development and high-quality care. Work closely with families and residents to build strong, supportive relationships. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality assurance standards. Take the lead in managing day-to-day clinical operations, supporting the Home Manager as needed.

What We're Looking For: We're looking for a caring and dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager with: A valid NMC pin. Previous experience in a clinical leadership role within a nursing or care home setting. A passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care. Strong leadership skills and the ability to support, mentor, and develop a clinical team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and the wider team.
