Clinical Development Nurse - Specialist Private Care Provider
Permanent role working in head office with regular travel to 4 individual sites
Salary of £55,000 per annum with comprehensive benefits package
Do you have a passion for developing the quality and delivery of clinical care? Look no further! We are looking for an experienced Clinical Development Nurse to work for a specialist care provider, who is one of the UK's leading providers of complex care. This is a permanent, full-time position and will be based at their head office close to Portsmouth.
To be considered for this role, you must: Be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) Have working knowledge of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework Quality Statements Demonstrate evidence of professional development Have excellent clinical skills and experience working with complex care patients
As a Clinical Development Nurse, you will: Oversee and coordinate all clinical aspects of care Work closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care Support with clinical audits and conducting investigations Provide evidence-based recommendations for service improvements Deliver training and education as required in both a formal and informal setting aligned with clinical education strategy and competency framework
