Veterinary Surgeon wanted for a Clinical Director role in Hampstead, London. Are you a visionary leader with a passion for veterinary medicine? Are you looking for a role where you have the autonomy to make the decisions and contribute to business strategy? We are looking for an inspiring Clinical Director who can help us care for our clients, patients, and associates in Hampstead and be part of the team who lead the strategy and vision for Village Vet London. Knowledge of team engagement, finance management, a passion for exceptional client experience and high standards in clinical quality are essential. Previous experience in a leadership role would be beneficial, and a desire to develop others, lead change, and challenge the status quo would be advantageous. Putting people and pets at the heart of your decision making is essential. You'll work closely with our dedicated veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses, and client care teams to build and deliver the hospital's vision, supporting the team to have a tangible impact on our mission to make a BETTER WORLD FOR PETS and all those who love them. If you are passionate about the work you do with pets, have a head for business, and would love to lead an experienced team to grow and develop with a 'can do' outlook, then you might just be the person we need.
