The Clinical Director of Transformation will lead the clinical transformation team to support delivery of Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust's transformation programme.
The postholder will work with senior colleagues to develop a clear strategic approach, narrative and communications for the overarching transformation agenda.
This role will be based at County Hall, Norwich with travel to Trust sites across Norfolk and Suffolk when required.
Main duties of the job
They will work with members of the Executive Team, contributing to the development of the Trust Corporate Strategy and Clinical Strategy, whilst driving the Trust's stakeholder engagement strategy and plans for the transformation programme, developing and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Applicants must have experience of healthcare leadership and relevant skills and experience of transformation/strategy/implementation at a senior level and evidence commitment to service performance and improvement through intensive and trusted collaboration with clinicians and clinical teams.
