The Clinical Director of Transformation will promote the highest standards of clinical governance and support the quality improvement of services. The Clinical Director of Transformation will contribute to the strategic management and the direction of the Trust. They will support the Chief Transformation Officer with leading the new clinical transformation directorate, which brings together key change functions including clinical pathway transformation and strategic clinical networks. The Clinical Director of Transformation will work to reduce unwarranted variation in clinical practice through process redesign and adoption of digital technology to improve patient safety, clinical outcomes and quality of care.
