The Veterinary Clinic (TVC) is looking for a Clinical Director to join our esteemed team. The position will be clinically at one site but will involve multi-site responsibilities across our 5 clinics. We have approximately 35 employees, with each branch having a Lead RVN.
As a Clinical Director, part of your role will involve assisting with finances, aiming to meet our targets and ensure smooth operations. On the clinical side, you'll help maintain high standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing top-notch care to our animal patients.
You will also promote continuous professional development for our clinical staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. We are committed to equal opportunities and diversity, and we're looking for someone who shares these values to join our team.
This full-time position entails a 4-day work week, providing clinical contributions from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with no weekend or out-of-hours duties.
