We are looking for a part-time Clinical Director to co-share duties overseeing Oundle, Thrapston and Corby Veterinary Surgery within Sampson Park. Role
It'll be largely clinical but with some administrative duties, which consists of 80% clinical & 20% non-clinical. Admin work will involve monitoring practice performance, KPIs and ensuring the team are engaged, motivated and on board with national and local initiatives. You will be managing escalations/complaints/HR issues within the practice (though shared with the other CD's). You will be required to attend a share of area/regional meetings and ensure information is cascaded to the rest of the team. Driving clinical excellence within the practice group ensuring that regular clinical meetings occur, benchmarking against national performance and supporting the team to close care gaps that may be identified. Working up to 28 hours per week with 1:6 weekend rota & no OOH as this is covered by Vets Now. About the Team
Oundle Vets is a forward-thinking small animal first-opinion practice equipped with up-to-date technology. As part of the Sampson Park Group, a five-site veterinary group, the team at Oundle includes 4-5 Veterinary Surgeons, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and a full reception team. Thrapston Vets includes a team of 9 veterinary surgeons, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses and a reception team.
