Act as the Trust lead for regulatory standards, supporting mentors, assessors, and learners in competency development and assessment. Coordinate placement programs for Pre-Registration Learners, working with HEIs to maintain quality clinical learning environments. Deliver core clinical training, induction, and competency workshops for staff, ensuring alignment with organisational needs. Manage and develop junior team members, ensuring high performance through effective supervision and appraisal. Lead audits and reviews to measure the effectiveness of educational initiatives, contributing to service improvement and innovation.
