To coordinate all aspects of clinical governance on behalf of the team at St Magnus and St Martha's hospitals.
To collate information required and submit in a timely manner to Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG's) the contractual agreement requirements for each Individual Patient Agreement. To collate and report on all aspects of clinical audit undertaken across both sites, produce quarterly clinical audit reports for the Clinical Management Team. To provide incident reports using data from our internal incident management IT system for Managers and the Executive Management Team. To monitor policy development across both sites, provide managers with timely reminders for the renewal of policies and to maintain St Magnus and St Martha's policies on SharePoint.
