This role is ideal for HCAs with at least 1 year of experience in urgent care or primary care settings who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of GPs, nurses, and other clinicians. Key Responsibilities Assist clinicians in delivering excellent care, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Perform
wound care and redressing
tasks (essential). Support with
plastering
(beneficial, but not essential). Conduct patient observations (e.g., blood pressure, pulse, respiration). Educate patients on self-care and preventive strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative tasks. Essential Requirements Experience: At least 1 year in urgent care, walk-in centres, or similar settings. Skills: Proficiency in wound care and redressing. Strong teamwork skills, especially within a Primary Care environment. Desirable Skills Experience or trained in
