If you are a dynamic, ambitious Home Manager looking to make the next step, then read on! You will be the Home Manager for a 60-bedded Nursing Home with state-of-the-art facilities. Your role is to ensure the team delivers specialist care and nursing services to the residents, ensuring high-quality nursing and care support places the individual at the centre of everything based on the core values of Wellness, Happiness, and Kindness. You will be supported by a talented and passionate team, including a Clinical Deputy Manager. Essential Requirements: * Active NMC Pin - Desirable not essential * Experience of managing a service of a similar size and client group * Previously held Registration with the CQC * Holding NVQ Level 5 Management in H&SC
