If you are a dynamic, ambitious Home Manager looking to make the next step, then read on! You will be the Home Manager for a 60-bedded Nursing Home with state-of-the-art facilities. Your role is to ensure the team delivers specialist care and nursing services to the residents, ensuring high-quality nursing and care support places the individual at the centre of everything based on the core values of Wellness, Happiness, and Kindness. You will be supported by a talented and passionate team, including a Clinical Deputy Manager. Benefits to you: * Employee Ownership Trust * 35 days annual leave * Individualised professional development programmes * GP online - providing around-the-clock GP consultation via an interactive app * Retail/Leisure/Holiday and travel discounts Your Role and Duties: * To utilise authentic leadership, role modelling, and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care. * To become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service. * To manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy. * To provide improvement, independence, and choice for Service Users. * To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times, particularly the CQC for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines. * To be a good role model for all employees, being approachable and providing a regular presence and visibility with all levels of employees while being consistent in all actions and decisions. Essential Requirements: * Active NMC Pin - Desirable not essential * Experience of managing a service of a similar size and client group * Previously held Registration with the CQC * Holding NVQ Level 5 Management in H&SC
