Open Role Overview ProblemShared is seeking an experienced clinician to join our Clinical Intake Team. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one. Our digital journeys are right at the heart of what we do and our goal is to offer seamless digital experiences to support exceptional healthcare. The team is responsible for assessing the initial presentation of all clients and determining their suitability for assessment and support via our NICE compliant remote pathway. An important component of the intake process is to assess mental health risk. We offer comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessment and post-diagnostic support to a range of clients including the NHS and major health insurers. The role is ideal for health professionals with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience, which must include experience of mental health risk assessment. Company Overview ProblemShared

Requirements A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting. Experience of mental health presentations and risk assessment. A commitment to professional development, learning, and training to meet the needs of the service. Knowledge of neurodivergence and neurodevelopmental conditions. Membership of one of the following bodies: NMC, HCPC or SW UK. You must have a right to work in the UK and a home address in the UK from which to work. What the job involves The first point of contact with clients seeking assessment and support. Identify clients’ strengths and challenges to direct them towards the correct neurodevelopmental assessment or support. Complete mental health risk screening and assessment and take appropriate action. Explain the ProblemShared assessment process and respond to any questions clients may have. Employ a consistent approach to triage and complete relevant documentation in a thorough and consistent manner. Act professionally and within your scope of competence at all times. Work within the framework of your regulatory body, and ensure professional registration is maintained.
