Open Role Overview ProblemShared is seeking an experienced clinician to join our Clinical Intake team. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one. Our digital journeys are right at the heart of what we do and our goal is to offer seamless digital experiences to support exceptional healthcare. The team is responsible for assessing the initial presentation of all clients and determining their suitability for assessment and support via our NICE compliant remote pathway. An important component of the intake process is to assess mental health risk. We offer comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessment and post-diagnostic support to a range of clients including the NHS and major health insurers. The role is ideal for health professionals with a minimum of 4 years clinical experience, which must include experience of Mental Health risk assessment. This is a role for a motivated, enthusiastic Digital Healthcare Team Leader. You will oversee and manage a team of clinicians and will be supported by a clinical lead. This role is integral to ensuring high standards of clinical care and efficient operation of our digital healthcare services. Company Overview ProblemShared

Key Responsibilities: Responding to complaints Conducting case reviews Team Management Performance management Accountable for utilisation targets Recruitment, Interviewing and Induction - support the Clinical Lead in delivering against recruitment targets by taking responsibility for interviewing and hiring appropriate candidates Escalation of issues MDT / Zoning meetings Ensuring delivery of evidence-based high-quality care in line with national guidance -
NICE Guidance Quality Check: Perform monthly quality checks on a percentage of calls within the team, to maintain high clinical standards, using the standardised auditing template (Appendix 2). Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to clinicians. Team Leadership: Ensure the company’s core values underpin all care delivered Provide clinical and pastoral support to team members Deliver probation reviews to each team member Deliver annual clinical Performance Development Reviews for each team member Carry out duties which may be reasonably required by Problem Shared. Be an advocate for Problem Shared both within the company and when communicating externally. Meetings and Communication: Chair weekly team meetings to discuss updates, address concerns, and foster team collaboration. These should be driven by the standard agenda. Attend weekly meetings with the Clinical Lead to report on team performance, discuss strategic initiatives, and align on goals. Provide MDT support where necessary Additional Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry standards in digital healthcare, in your specific field. Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to ensure integrated and coordinated care. Address any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Attend risk escalation meetings Qualifications: Registered healthcare professional with relevant qualifications Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of digital healthcare platforms and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
