Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight:
Ensure care delivery aligns with NICE guidelines, regulatory standards, and best practices. Team Leadership:
Guide and develop a team of nurses and therapists to deliver outstanding clinical support. Quality & Compliance:
Monitor service performance and implement strategies for improvement. Collaboration:
Work closely with operational leaders to integrate clinical excellence into service delivery. Innovation:
Develop and deliver training, policies, and therapeutic programmes to advance care quality. What We’re Looking For
A recognised healthcare qualification (e.g. Psychologist in Neuropsychology, Nursing) and registration with a relevant professional body. Experience in clinical leadership within ABI or complex care settings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
