Person Specification Qualifications Essential Qualification in Learning Disability Nursing or Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language or Physiotherapy Active registration with HCPC or NMC Knowledge Essential Experience and skill in providing guidance/support/advice to carers and providers that constructively challenges current practise.
