The post-holder will: Act as a role model for clinical staff demonstrating and promoting the organisation's core values, beliefs and professional behaviours including respect, non-discrimination, empowerment, and inclusion. Provide clinical leadership and direction. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with other senior colleagues to ensure the achievement of Pathway objectives. Qualifications
Professional nursing or allied health profession qualification. Educated to degree level. Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of clinical governance and Care Quality Commission (CQC) essential standards of care. Experience of leading the planning, delivering and evaluation of care to address changing needs. Detailed understanding of the key policy issues affecting the delivery of health and social care across local health economy and at national level.
