About the Role: Appoint Healthcare is delighted to partner with a family owned established home care company offering nursing and care packages for individuals with a diagnosis of a brain injury within their own homes, to recruit a Clinical Services Lead for their Burton Branch. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a supportive team, providing specialised nursing care for adults with complex health conditions, including neurological and spinal injuries, in a community setting. The role is ideal for a compassionate professional who thrives in leadership, with a proven track record of delivering patient-centred care and developing staff competencies. Key Responsibilities: Lead on clinical service modernisation and staff development, ensuring high-quality care delivery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualised care plans for clients with lifelong and complex conditions. Develop and deliver training programs for carers and support staff, assessing their competencies and providing ongoing mentorship. Support the Branch Manager in business planning, recruitment, and service development. Act as a visible leader, providing expert clinical guidance and representing the company at external meetings. Monitor clinical and non-clinical performance, ensuring compliance with CQC/NMC guidelines. Drive continuous improvement through feedback and evidence-based practice. Requirements: Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration. Post-registration experience in a complex care specialty. Leadership and management experience with evidence of influencing positive change. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to conduct health assessments, develop care plans, and mentor staff. Competency in managing advanced nursing procedures, such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and diabetes care. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (with business insurance).
