Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager - Residential Care Home ( RMN & RGN ) Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Location - High Wycombe Hours - Permanent, full time Shift Pattern - 13 hour shifts X 3 per week (07:00 am - 9:30 pm)

Summary Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading provider of residential care services for older adults, including those living with dementia. Together we are seeking a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN ) for their residential care home, based in High Wycombe.

Job role Comply with clinical governance framework, including participation in the clinical audit programmes Maintain skills and knowledge, ensuring care is delivered according to guidelines and best practice Develop monitoring and reporting systems which promote the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality services Ensure clear, accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used by staff Stand in and manage the service in the absence of the Manager and provide leadership to staff members

Requirements A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN or RGN ) A valid NMC registration with no restrictions Eligibility to live and work in the UK A minimum of 5 years of care home / residential / elderly / dementia / alzheimer's experience Strong team-working skills A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
