Registered Mental Health Clinical Lead

to join our team in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to lead clinical practices, ensure high standards of care, and play a pivotal role in delivering excellent mental health services. As the Clinical Lead, you will oversee the clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of person-centered, evidence-based care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership, guidance, and expertise to support the mental health and well-being of our service users. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality mental health services. Oversee care planning, assessments, and interventions, ensuring they align with best practices and individual needs. Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and policies. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members to promote professional growth. Collaborate with external stakeholders, families, and service users to foster effective communication and partnerships. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical activities and outcomes. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes. Requirements Qualifications:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent professional qualification. Experience:

Proven leadership experience in a mental health or clinical setting. Skills: Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of mental health care standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a multidisciplinary team. Organizational and problem-solving capabilities. Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
