As the Clinical Lead, you will work alongside the Team Manager, under the supervision of the Service Manager and Modern Matron. The team consists of registered clinicians and administrative staff, for whom you will provide day-to-day support. The role will involve using your advanced clinical and leadership skills to provide clinical support and advice to the MDT, working with complex cases and providing specialist supervision to colleagues within the team. You will work closely with your peers across the community mental health provision, to identify challenges and ways to address them. You will be responsible for supporting the development of clinical pathways and ensuring high quality of care through the use of appropriate audit and review of patient feedback. There will be an expectation to hold NMP qualification or be willing to undertake this.
