- GBP21.50+ JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client, a well-established nursing home in the Stoke/Binley area of Coventry, is actively seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their compassionate team in delivering exceptional nursing care to residents suffering from neurological conditions and elderly care. Position Details: Registered Nurse Adult RGN or Mental Health RMN Competitive GBP21.50 hourly rate, negotiable Full-time position Day shifts exclusively Medium-scale nursing home specializing in elderly care Offering residential, dementia, and nursing care services Job reference: 32095 REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: Valid nursing qualification RGN or RMN - with an active NMC PIN Able to lead staff and influence a high standard of provision Able to plan, risk assess and review care via a digital care planning portal Knowledge of techniques for data collection and ensuring evidence of safety and compliance Able to work alone and as part of a team Minimum of 6 months' nursing experience Medication proficiency (ideally with digital experience) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTERED NURSE / RN / STAFF NURSE: Ensure that all staff contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the home and the creation of the right atmosphere. Conduct audits as directed by the Home / Deputy Manager ensuring that action plans are produced and acted upon. Ensure correct issue of drugs, which the home has taken responsibility for, and maintain all necessary records. Participate in staff meetings, staff training, and development activities. Ensure the effective maintenance of NMC registrations in line with personal development and portfolios for continued Revalidation. Ensure that all supplementary documentation that is being completed for individuals is completed accurately, legibly, and timely.
