We are currently supporting a new provider who is seeking a Nurse Qualified Clinical Lead to oversee the clinical care at their elderly care home.

Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Lead:

Lead and oversee the clinical care for elderly residents. Manage nursing staff and ensure that clinical standards are maintained. Work with the Head of Quality to improve the quality of care and address any themes and trends in clinical care. Build relationships with the Local Authority and improve collaboration to meet their expectations. Monitor occupancy and agency use to ensure the home’s operational effectiveness. Provide leadership to nursing staff and ensure continuous development within the team. Clinical Lead Requirements: Nurse qualified – open to various nursing backgrounds (active Pin). Experience in managing nurses and dealing with the clinical needs of elderly residents. Previous experience in elderly care settings. Some level of management experience or potential for growth in a managerial role. Proactive attitude with the ability to build relationships and improve clinical standards. Strong values, with a focus on innovation, impact, and person-centred care. Benefits: Salary between £52,000 - £55,000 Flexible working arrangements (4-5 days per week, condensed hours) Supernumerary role with 3 days off rota, 2 days on duty.
