Our brand new contemporary and cutting edge Care Home located in Wimborne is looking to recruit a Clinical Lead on a permanent basis with contracts for up to 40 hours. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable. · Desire to deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. · Motivated to support and direct clinical team members to continually improve and develop their own personal skills and knowledge. · Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to give constructive feedback to others without judgement, in a manner that motivates a willingness to improve standards · Contributes to a culture where ownership of decisions is taken and learnings and good practices are shared within the team · Creates subject interest in team members and a genuine interest to continually self-improve and help others improve · Have a friendly, open and trustworthy personality who maintains confidences · Excellent written and verbal skills, highly organised and conscientious with detail · Comfortable working in a busy environment, assigning correct priorities and ensuring that deadlines are met and adhered to. *What to Expect:* As Clinical Lead, you will review, manage and monitor care plans and medication records. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed, and appropriate professional support is provided to senior staff and team leaders.
