Clinical Lead (Adult): NELFT Community Eating Disorders Service An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior practitioner with existing experience in the field of eating disorders to join the NELFT community Eating Disorders Service as Clinical Lead (Adult). The successful candidate will play a lead role in shaping the ongoing development of the team, building on the growth of recent years whilst identifying and responding to new opportunities for the team. In line with the NELFT vision, they will be committed to developing a service that provides the best possible care for service users and their families. Main Duties of the Job
The successful candidate will work closely with the Service and Strategic lead, the Team Manager, the Consultant Adult Psychiatrist, and the Clinical Lead (CYP). They will be accountable for the ongoing development and delivery of a comprehensive community Eating Disorder Service for adult patients. Key Responsibilities: To provide clinical leadership and quality control and to ensure adherence to evidence-based models in eating disorders. To set, implement and evaluate clear, achievable and measurable objectives for EDS with the service lead, service manager, consultant psychiatrists, and pathway leads. To have organisational knowledge relating to Trust protocols and procedures and adhere to them, particularly safeguarding. To ensure and have advanced knowledge of effective risk management at team level. Person Specification

Evidence of advanced formulation and key lines of enquiry. Evidence of delivering expert supervision. Evidence of advanced training in eating disorders. Qualifications
Postgraduate qualifications to MSc level and above. Significant experience in NHS and ED service. Experience of managing teams. Knowledge
Direct eating disorders experience. Inpatient and community ED experience. Experience
