General Nursing duties Leading, supervising and training the care team Keeping precise, up to date records Achieving the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of staff Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication Ensuring that all Policies and Procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to, Safeguarding, Incident reporting, Risk Assessment and Care plans Requirements
