As a clinical lead, you will be expected to provide support, advice and supervision to the team and ensure operational efficiency of clinical pathways. The clinical lead will be expected to demonstrate excellent clinical skills and knowledge in working with service users covering a wide age range of input for those aged 16 years and older.
The successful post holder will be expected to demonstrate strong commitment to high quality client care, good organisational skills and be able to demonstrate prioritisation of workload, ensuring the service is safe, effective, and responsive.
The main roles of this post are to provide clinical leadership and provide clinical expertise in formulating treatment plans and interventions within the scope of our MDT and service. The successful post holder will also provide clinical supervision & clinical guidance on those service users requiring ongoing review and treatment whilst on clinical caseload.
The role also comes with the expectation that a successful Clinical Lead can develop and foster supportive links within the acute hospital trust our service serves and develop productive working relationships to better serve our service users.
