Provide ongoing training and support to staff, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers. Resident-Centred Care:
Ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care, tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Qualifications & Experience Qualified Nurse:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with a valid PIN. Experience:
Proven experience working with the elderly in a care setting. Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a care team. Training and Development:
