Clinical Lead Nurse Redhill, Surrey - Nursing home experience - £55000 per annum - UK NMC PIN Full time, 40 hours per week, Days, Weekday and alternate weekend shifts. 1 shift per week based on the care home floor. Work in conjunction with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to recruit and train nursing staff. Ensure nurses adhere to laws and implement infection control plans. Attend management meetings to discuss the status of nursing staff and residents. Supervise nursing staff and develop care plans for residents. Complete compliance procedures. Clinical Lead Nurse role: Shared responsibility with Home Manager and Deputy for the selection, recruitment, induction, training, and regular appraisal of all staff on your unit. Liaison with the Home Manager and Deputy as required to ensure the effective operation of the Unit. Monitor CQC standards and ensure effective delivery of quality of care within the home and liaise effectively with CQC inspectors. Ensure that all nursing staff receive regular supervision and necessary training. Maintain an effective nurse rota in conjunction with the Manager. Develop and keep up to date care plans that deliver a satisfactory quality of life for all Residents. Ensure the highest nursing standards are maintained in line with best practice, corporate policy, and regulatory guidance.
