Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical care standards, providing leadership to nursing and care staff, and ensuring the well-being of residents. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines and delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the nursing and care team, ensuring high-quality care delivery. Develop and review individualized care plans, ensuring they meet residents’ medical, physical, and emotional needs. Support, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Conduct clinical audits and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. Administer medication, oversee treatments, and coordinate with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high standards of care planning. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Promote a positive, person-centered approach to care and staff development. Requirements: Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

with a valid NMC PIN. Proven experience in a nursing home or similar care setting. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical role. Strong clinical knowledge and an ability to lead by example. Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
