Clinical Nurse Manager

to join our team and lead the delivery of exceptional care.

Role Overview: As a

Clinical Nurse Manager (RMN/RNLD) , you will oversee and manage the nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality care to patients, ensuring that the standards of practice are maintained at all times. You will play a key role in the leadership of the clinical team, ensuring person-centered care for all residents, and working alongside the multidisciplinary team to provide effective treatments and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and supervise the clinical nursing team to ensure the delivery of outstanding care

Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated

Provide leadership in the management of complex cases, ensuring the appropriate treatment is in place

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical guidelines, including CQC standards

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that clinical best practices are maintained and implemented

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and treatment for patients

Ensure appropriate clinical supervision and professional development opportunities are in place for the team

Lead audits and reviews to maintain high levels of quality care

Requirements:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

or

Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD)

with a valid NMC PIN

Proven experience in mental health or learning disabilities nursing, with strong leadership and management experience

Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care, with a commitment to improving patient outcomes

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

Experience in a senior clinical role is desirable
