I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to work as a Clinical Lead for a highly regarded care provider within their luxury, purpose-built Nursing Home in Scunthorpe. The home provides specialist elderly, dementia, mental health, challenging behaviour, and physical disability care and has been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC.
Responsibilities: As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will:
Work with the management team and support the multi-disciplinary staff team in ensuring that high-quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.
