This is a unique opportunity for a senior and experienced Physiotherapist to work with, and lead a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility, delivering a wide range of specialist services to a diverse client base. About the Clinic The clinic boasts a fully equipped rehabilitation suite and cutting-edge technology to support innovative care. This includes a state-of-the-art gait analysis platform, Kinnvent Force Plates (and other devices), BodiTrak proprioceptive mat, cryo/heat equipment, and BlazePods reactive training equipment. About the Role The successful applicant will balance a

70/30 split

between clinical and managerial responsibilities, providing mentorship and supervision to a high-performing team. You’ll also have the chance to: Shape and evolve clinic services whilst driving continuous improvement. Develop your own clinical expertise and work collaboratively with other specialists. Earn commission based on the success of the clinic. Responsibilities Clinical Leadership:

Oversee and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Management:

Lead recruitment, appraisals, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Patient Care:

Manage a varied caseload, delivering expert care in your area of specialization. Service Development:
