MediTalent are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead - Pre-Assessment to work for our client - a leading renal care provider based in Coventry.You will be working in a bespoke hospital, guiding and working with their dedicated team.We are seeking candidates who can not only manage day-to-day operations but also provide strong clinical and quality leadership whilst carrying out a range of pre assessment duties also.

Key Responsibilities: Staff Supervision & Collaborative Management : Lead and mentor nursing staff, offering guidance and support in daily operations and care standards.As well as working coherently alongside senior members of staff. Quality and Compliance Focus : Act as the primary lead on quality and governance, ensuring the department meets high standards and remains compliant with relevant healthcare regulations. Care Standards : Ensure that care is safe, compassionate, responsive, and coordinated across all levels. Responsive Care : Cultivate an environment that respects and responds to the needs and concerns of residents and their families by providing exceptional care. Quality Improvement : Integrate quality improvement as a routine responsibility, encouraging all staff to contribute to a high-performance service. Learning Culture : Promote a proactive learning environment where incidents and feedback drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Current NMC Registration : Must hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Pin. Leadership and Mentoring Experience : Demonstrable experience in managerial roles with strong leadership skills. Motivated and Enthusiastic : A positive and driven approach to advancing care standards and staff development. Previous experience working in Dialysis or Renal would be an advantage, but not essential as full training can be provided. We are looking for a senior nurse who is looking for a step up.
