The Role
As the Clinical Lead, you will: Oversee and manage the clinical care provided within the home. Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to deliver high standards of care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards, including CQC requirements. Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals. Play an active role in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid NMC PIN and current registration as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD). Proven experience in a similar role within a nursing home setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A genuine passion for providing person-centered care. Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in elderly care.
