An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a strong Nursing Home Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead / Nurse Manager / Senior Nurse to join an exceptional home in Southampton. The nursing home has been designed specifically for the care of elderly service users. You will join a fantastic care provider with a superb reputation for care delivery and for overseeing high calibre care facilities. The care home caters for nursing, residential and dementia sufferers. Responsibilities: Full responsibility for the nursing and clinical management of the home. Manage nurses and carers to ensure all residents are cared for to the highest standards. Requirements: Strong deputy managers, clinical leads with extensive nursing home / elderly care experience. Good clinical skills and a person-centred approach to care. RGN / RMN qualification. Strong nursing skills. Experience in managing teams of nurses and carers. Strong planning and organisational skills. Experience as a Clinical Lead / Nurse Manager / Deputy Manager / Senior Nurse.
