Clinical Lead Nurse - RGN Chelmsford GOOD CQC 60,924 per annum I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Nurse to work as a Clinical Lead for a leading care provider within their reputable, modern care home in Chelmsford. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the home and assist the management team in running and shaping the home's brand new nursing unit! The home is an 80 bedded elderly, end of life and dementia residential care home that has been rated good consistently in all 5 areas by the CQC. As the Clinical Lead Nurse your role will be supernumerary (8am-5pm) with some flexibility. You will work alongside the management team to shape and develop the new unit as well as to support the multi-disciplinary staff team and ensure that person-centred care is delivered throughout the home.
