About the Role: Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of mental health services for adults with an eating disorder and mental health needs. Together we are seeking a Clinical Lead ( RMN / RNLD ) for their specialist eating disorder hospital for adults based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. This role is for an aspiring nurse leader looking to remain in a clinically focused role whilst developing your skills in operational leadership, quality, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities: As a qualified Clinical Lead ( RMN / RNLD ), you will report into the Hospital Director, forming part of the hospital's Senior Management Team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the nursing team, working in partnership with the support of the full MDT to design and implement packages of care and ensure the quality of services delivered. Responsible for the implementation of effective clinical interventions and ensuring that treatment is designed to enhance the operation and quality of clinical services and is aligned to best practice. Ensuring that all members of the nursing team receive clinical supervision, complete mandatory training, appraisal, and can further develop their careers.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need to Be:

An experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse / Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RMN / RNLD ) Qualified for 3 years with Eating Disorder Experience In possession of a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK Strong clinical experience in Eating Disorders and evidence of continuing professional development Experience devising and undertaking quality improvement projects and evidence-based evidence A detailed understanding of statutory regulations is essential
