Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) looking for the next step in your career? About the Role As the Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for residents while providing clinical leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee clinical practices, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Work closely with the home manager to maintain the smooth running of the care home. Undertake 2 supernumerary shifts for planning, audits, and staff supervision, and 2 on-floor shifts for hands-on clinical care. Take part in the on-call rota to support the home outside of standard working hours. Provide guidance and mentorship to the care team, fostering a supportive and professional environment. Carry out medication management, care planning, and risk assessments. Ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met to the highest standards. Work collaboratively with residents, families, and external health professionals to achieve excellent outcomes. Support with recruitment, training, and development of the care team.

About You

RGN qualification with an active NMC pin. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a nursing or residential care setting. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and clinical governance. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A hands-on approach with the ability to manage a team effectively while providing outstanding care. Passionate about making a difference in residents' lives.
