Compass Associates is excited to partner with one of the UK's most respected providers of mental health and well-being services. Together, we are looking for a dynamic Clinical Lead for a specialist Eating Disorder service offering NHS commissioned beds for adult patients with eating disorder diagnoses. As the Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role within the Senior Management Team, overseeing the clinical operations of the service, including Nursing and Therapy services. You will ensure the delivery of the highest standards of care in line with legislation, CQC requirements, and corporate policies. Key Responsibilities

Deputise for the Hospital Director in their absence Collaborate with the Hospital Director in developing and implementing hospital strategy Oversee the performance and governance of all clinical departments Foster a supportive, safe, and effective working environment Participate in on-call duties alongside the multidisciplinary team Location

Located on the outskirts of High Wycombe, the service is easily accessible from Slough, Reading, and Watford. Key Requirements

Valid NMC registration Extensive clinical experience in an eating disorder setting Strong knowledge of statutory regulations At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a clinical setting (e.g. Ward Manager) Experience managing a clinical budget Clear DBS Salary & Benefits
