Full-time, clinical & supernumerary HCR is supporting a leading provider in the search for a Clinical Lead with a sterling reputation for providing outstanding care reflected in the nursing home's glowing CQC rating. The Clinical Lead will already be working in a senior nursing role and will have a sound knowledge of safeguarding, governance, and legislation. Clinical Lead Duties:
Will lead, mentor, and support staff, ensuring safe care & staffing levels To conduct assessments and audits ensuring the home is compliant with CQC and regulatory requirements The Clinical Lead will conduct regular audits To ensure all documentation is done daily along with Mar charts The Clinical Lead will support with staff appraisals & Supervision Clinical Lead Benefits:
