Our client is a renowned care provider, proud to have won the 2023 National Care Awards for Large Care Home Group. They operate a 60-bedded nursing home with a high review score of 9.1, demonstrating their commitment to providing exceptional care.

As a Clinical Lead, you will:

Oversee clinical operations and ensure high standards of care. Lead and support the nursing team. Manage shifts from 8am-8pm and supernumerary days from 9am-5pm. Take on-call duties as needed. Work alternate weekends to maintain consistent care delivery.

Package and Benefits:

The ideal Clinical Lead candidate will:

Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin in Adult Nursing. Have strong leadership skills and a passion for high-quality care. Be flexible with working hours, including alternate weekends. Have the ability to take on-call duties when required.
