We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to provide clinical leadership for the musculoskeletal and orthopaedic therapy services.

Job summary
37.5 hours per week In return the successful candidate will be part of a supportive clinical leadership team, receive regular supervision and have opportunities to develop further as a leader. The ability to work in partnership with GPs, Consultants, and Commissioners, referring hospitals, community rehabilitation services and voluntary agencies is essential. The post-holder will also be expected to undertake a small number of MSK/Orthopaedic clinical sessions. Main duties of the job
To provide clinical expertise, leadership and manage performance in relevant service area according to KPIs and quality standards. To manage a delegated budget of over £2,000,000. To deliver services in order to meet the Trust objectives. To manage a specialist caseload of clients, using evidence-based and client-centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions. To lead on the planning, implementation, development and evaluation of Services in MSK & Orthopaedics. To line manage the Deputy Service Manager. To contribute to the development of integrated rehabilitation pathways for relevant services across Primary, Intermediate and Secondary Care and the third sector. To ensure that regular supervision and appraisal of staff within team is undertaken. To provide interventions in locations across the health community covered by The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust as required. About us
