Job Description Resolve Recruitment are looking for a Clinical Lead at our clients Outstanding registered home in Thornbury, Gloucestershire. The role is full time (36 hours per week) and 12 of those hours are supernumerary. Working closely with the Home Manager and Deputy, the Clinical Lead takes the lead role in ensuring that our residents receive the clinical care they need, in a way that supports dignity and independence. The Clinical Lead manages the standards of the nursing and healthcare teams, providing support, development, and leadership. To provide guidance and support to a team of nurses. To provide clinical evidence-based expertise advice and guidance to all members of the Care Team. To support the effective and efficient running of the home, ensuring the delivery of high standards and best practice in the care delivered. In the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, the Clinical Lead has the responsibility of the care management of the home, maintenance of high standards of care, and monitoring the performance of staff. Requirements for the Clinical Lead role: Current registration with the NMC. Leadership experience. PAY: 23.00 per hour 10% enhancement on weekends. 50% extra pay on bank holiday. Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
