Requirements
RGN qualification with valid NMC Pin Supervisory/Managerial experience Experience in a similar setting
Responsibilities
To support the Home Manager in the daily running of the home Delivering person centred care for all residents Undertake audits Carry out staff supervisions and appraisals
Remuneration
£50 - £55K NEG/DOE
