Clinical lead needed for a fantastic opportunity offering a competitive salary up to £80,000 (DOE, FTE) with a welcome bonus up to £5000* Ideally this is a full-time role for an experienced vet looking to lead their own clinical team with the support of a driven Head Nurse / Practice Manager. There is the option for part time / flexible hours. A welcome bonus up to £5000 is available (T&Cs apply). Fantastic salary up to £80,000 (DOE, FTE). You are joining the practice at a fantastic time where you can put your own stamp on the practice and support in leading the team through a rebrand. Complete clinical freedom. Will involve sole charge but no Sundays or OOH. CPD and certificates will be supported and are highly encouraged, to aid in driving both your professional and personal development! We are a progressive practice and have ambitions to provide world class clinical care at the very heart of our community and we need great people to join our team to help us realise this vision. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills and be a team player. You will feel confident with routine surgery and working occasional sole charge. We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to work 40 hours per week, including every other Saturday morning, but no Sundays or OOH. However, we understand full time hours do not suit everyone so if you are looking for part time hours please do get in touch, and we can discuss other options.
