Full Time Permanent 12 hours per shift (with paid breaks) Week 1 - 3 shifts / Week 2 - 4 Shifts (include alternate weekends)

Our esteemed and highly regarded client is recruiting a new Clinical Lead / Nurse Manager / Head of Care to join the management team within a fantastic nursing home in Wilmslow. This care home boasts excellent facilities including en suite rooms and is beautifully presented. This home is known for delivering first-class care, has excellent CQC inspection reports, and has an excellent reputation in the local area. The home delivers general nursing elderly care and dementia care.
Our client has a new requirement for a Clinical Lead / Clinical Nurse Manager. You will work alongside the home manager to oversee all nursing care within the home. Your role will be to assist the Manager in running the home and managing Nurses, care staff, etc. This clinical lead post will involve overseeing all care delivery in an amazing nursing home.
All applicants are required to be a qualified nurse with RGN / RMN qualifications. Experienced nurses moving from a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Unit Lead or Nurses with strong clinical experience will be considered for this role.
