As a Clinical Lead at Berkeley Lodge, you will be responsible for the clinical governance of all aspects of clinical care within the home. You will facilitate the delivery of excellent nursing care by providing strong strategic and professional clinical leadership, as well as liaising with the manager to achieve outcomes. Duties will include: Liaising with healthcare professionals to achieve the best physical and mental outcomes for residents. Monitoring and improving the quality of care in compliance with CQC standards. Conducting and completing clinical audits, analyzing findings, and implementing outcomes to improve the service. Assisting the managers with pre-admission clinical assessments when necessary. Supporting the RNs within the home and complying with NMC professional regulations and guidelines. Suitable candidates for this role will hold a current valid NMC registration with experience in dementia, geriatric, and complex care, as well as the ability to demonstrate leadership skills.
