Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

As our Clinical Leader, you will:
- Lead and organize the Clinical team within pre-op & outpatients clinical team
- Lead smooth running of these clinical areas
- Extensive knowledge required for dealing with audits and equipment.
- You will be required to do the Rota
- You will be required to work collaboratively and flexibly across different clinical areas to accommodate the service demands of each department
- The role will include assisting in several clinical departments
To succeed as Clinical Leader, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years post registration experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of running a smooth & effective department equipment is also essential.
- Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be NMC Registered Nurse.
- Must be clinically excellent, be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, which includes leading a team to a shared vision and being able to promote innovation and sustainability.

Located in the heart of the West End of Glasgow; you will be working at one of Scotland’s leading private hospitals. This year, we embarked on phase three of our multi-million-pound refurbishment, adding state of the art equipment like our Mako robotic arm for orthopaedic surgery and a new ambulatory theatre. We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.
