Clinical Manager - Laverstock Care Centre, Salisbury - £53,913, equivalent to NHS Band 8a Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical care within the home, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards. Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families. Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care. Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high standards of care. Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals. Minimum Requirements:

Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC Pin. Proven experience in a clinical leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for providing personalised, high-quality care.
